Organic ingredients:

Organic whole leaf Assam tea, organic raw honey, organic spices: ginger, cinnamon, black peppercorns. Cardamom, cloves, nutmeg & star anise.

Brewing:

Stovetop with milk:

  • In a saucepan, add chai and boiling water
  • Steep for 2 minutes
  • Add milk to double liquid volume
  • Heat to simmer point
  • Remove from heat and infuse for a further 1 minute
  • Strain to serve

Cup/Teapot infusion:

  • In a cup/teapot, add chai & fill with boiling water
  • Infuse for 3-5 minutes
  • Strain to serve
