Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days, and shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. 

Please note that we currently do not ship internationally due to quarantine restrictions, but we hope to expand our reach soon!

Refund & Return Policy

At Chai Supply, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there are any issues with your order, please refer to the policy below:

Refunds

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your product arrives damaged or you believe there’s been an error in your order, we’re happy to offer a refund or replacement.

To request a refund, please contact us at chaisupplyclub@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide the following:

• Proof of purchase (order number, email confirmation)
• A description and photo of the issue (e.g., damaged packaging)

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days after we confirm your eligibility. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (consumables), we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or incorrect. For any quality concerns, please reach out to us, and we will gladly resolve the issue.

Please note that refunds or replacements are not available for:

• Change of mind
• Items not stored according to our recommended guidelines (e.g., improper storage affecting product quality)

Exchanges

If you’ve received the wrong product or the product is damaged, we will gladly exchange it for the correct item. Simply email us at chaisupplyclub@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll take care of it. Please include photos of the product and your order number for faster processing.
