Orders and Delivery Payment is required in full before dispatch. We ship within Australia only. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary. Chai Supply is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers once an order has been dispatched.
Returns Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will make it right.
