Cafe brewing

  • 1. Place Chai Supply in barista jug

    Latte = 10g/1tbsp Pot = 20g/ttbsp

  • 2. Add boiling water to cover. Sit while heating milk

    Latte = 120ml Pot = 200ml

  • 3. Heat plant based milt* to 160C

    Latte = 100ml. Pot = 200ml

  • 4. Add milk to chai

    Stir a few times

  • Infuse for 1 minute

    Prepare cup/pot

  • Strain to serve

    Straight into latte cup/teapot
