Where it started — and why gifts matter to us

For the three years between selling our previous brand and launching Chai Supply, we kept blending our sticky chai. We couldn't stop. Not to sell — just because we loved it, and because it made people happy.

Every time friends came over, there was chai. Every Christmas, teachers at our kids' school unwrapped a recycled jar of the blend we'd made that week. Every dinner party, every casual afternoon hang, every time someone needed something to bring and we reached for the pantry — it was always chai.

What we noticed, every single time, was the reaction. Not just oh, lovely, thank you — but genuine delight. A second cup. Chai has a way of doing that. It's warm, it's unexpected, it's a little bit special — and it brings people together in a way that a bottle of wine or a box of chocolates simply doesn't.
